Are children allowed entrance to the theatre?
Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted to Broadway/L.A. events, unless the presentation is an age-appropriate show for which the producers have lowered this age restriction. Parental recommendations -- as well as any exception concerning age restrictions -- are provided on the show information pages found on our general website, www.BroadwayLA.org. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter.

I have received tickets to another venue and they are nothing like the quality of my Pantages seats. What can be done?
We make every effort to ensure that subscriber seat locations are comparable when moving from one theatre to another. Once you have reveiwed your seat locations assigned on your renewal form you may find that your locations are unacceptable for a particular performance in a theatre other than the Pantages. Please request a change to these seats on your renewal form, or where directed to do so on the online form. If the tickets are already in your posession the only option is to exchange the tickets for an upgrade based on availability.
