Accessibility Information
The Pantages Theatre features accessible seating for physically challenged patrons; this seating is available in the orchestra level only. A family restroom is available on the east end of the inner lobby, just before you enter the auditorium. Additionally, accessible restrooms are available for both men and women in the lower alcove located on the east end of the main lobby; this area is wheelchair accessible with the assistance of an electronic lift. There is no elevator in the Pantages Theatre, and the Mezzanine (2nd) Level is accessible only by stairs.

Wheelchair Transfer
The orchestra level of the Pantages Theatre features a number of transfer seats, which feature movable arms on the aisle side of the seat, making it easier to transfer from a wheelchair into a theatre seat, in the case of disabled patrons who are capable of transfer.

Listening Devices
Headset devices are available free-of-charge to the hearing impaired. These comfortable headsets amplify all stage sounds. Patrons wishing to obtain one of these devices should be prepared to leave a driver's license or major credit card, which is returned to the patron when he or she turns in the headset device at the end of the performance.

Binoculars
Binoculars are available for rent next to the audience services desk in the Pantages Lobby. Patrons wishing to obtain one of these devices should be prepared to leave a driver's license or major credit card, which is returned to the patron when he or she turns in the headset device at the end of the performance.

Booster Seats
The Pantages Theatre is happy to provide booster seats for our audience members who may have difficulty seeing above taller patrons seated in front of them. The theatre is equipped with a limited number of booster seats which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that the Pantages Theatre is a family-friendly venue and will often host shows geared towards family audiences. It is highly recommended that patrons in need of booster seating arrive as early as possible in order to secure a seat. Please note our friendly reminder that all patrons in the theatre must be 5 years of age or over.
